House sit DUTTON PARK

Dutton Park presents a quiet residential pocket, ideal for a settled house-sitting routine. Daily pet walks are easily managed, with direct access to Dutton Park itself, offering expansive green spaces and river views, or the more structured pathways around the Princess Alexandra Hospital grounds. This local accessibility simplifies morning and evening routines for any animal care. Running errands is straightforward; a local IGA on Annerley Road caters to immediate grocery needs, a short stroll from most residences. For larger shops, both Fairfield Gardens and Woolloongabba precincts are readily accessible via short bus rides along Annerley Road or a quick train journey from Dutton Park Station. The station also provides direct links into the CBD, expanding options without reliance on a car. Beyond daily necessities, the Eleanor Schonell Green Bridge offers a pleasant walk or cycle across to the University of Queensland campus, providing additional green spaces and riverfront paths suitable for longer excursions with pets. The area maintains a calm, established feel, allowing you to easily integrate into the rhythm of caring for a home and its pets. This blend of local quietude and accessible urban connections defines the experience here.
