Hi,

We're going away for 5 weeks for Christmas to visit my family in France. We had petsitters booked for this time, but unfortunately, they can't stay at our place anymore.

We live in a rural area, in the Adelaide Hills, in Ashton, but only 25 min drive from Adelaide CBD (no public transportation). We have a little bit less than an acre.

We have two dogs and some chickens.

- Dogs

Ricki is a golden retriever cross maremma (male 2 yo) and Minus is a female maremma (3yo).

They love company and getting attention from humans!

We feed them twice a day, morning, and evening and walk them twice as well. They are mostly good on a leash but can pull strongly if there is a distraction.

They like to spend time outside and enjoy a nap in the couch.

- Chickens

We have an automatic door (closes and opens at a set time) but we check them every evening to make sure they all inside. Every day/or every 2 days, we check for eggs and make sure they have enough food and water (if it’s very hot, we fill the water every day).
