Enjoy our large, light-filled house with ducted heating (important in Darley in winter!!). There are three bedrooms, two of which have ensuites, as well as a large dining and living area and a study.

There's a large garden and deck and plenty of great walking routes nearby.

We have one dog, Dixit - an energetic scruffy mutt who loves a good play session but is not ok with other animals and has some training needs. She is used to being alone during the day, but does love some attention in the evenings.

The garden will need some basic maintenance - mowing and perhaps some weeding.
