Assignment Requirements

Our two story house is located in Bonny Hills NSW and looks north towards Port Macquarie. Great ocean and beach view. It is a 3 bedroom house with an open plan kitchen/ dining/family room. Car space single carport.

Our fur baby is 11 year old maltese terrier who is a house and lap dog. He is very lovable but does sleep at the end of the bed so this must be considered. He requires walking once a day at a leisurely pace; perhaps to the local coffee shop. He gets very excited at the postman, delivery person, garbage trucks and front door, so this must also be taken into consideration. We are a retired couple so Sammi is very much used to company most of the time, so people who work from home or are also retired would be great.

The yard is small and gardens easy to maintain.

Gargages placed on kerb on given week for collection.

We are proud of our house and ask that our sitters treat it in a respectful manner, leaving it as it is found.
