We have a lovely house in a quiet street (with a park at the end) in Coorparoo, 6 km from Brisbane city. Good public transport nearby. We are seeking a person to house sit our dog as well as the house. Leo is a 14 year old miniature poodle with a quiet disposition and is low maintenance - needing only one short walk a day in the afternoon. Because of his age he sleeps most of the day. We would prefer someone who is happy to be at home some of the day, but especially at night as he has grown a bit anxious in this last year. We would love to develop an ongoing house-sitting relationship for shorter sits throughout the year too, so this would probably suit someone within the Brisbane area.
