This 4 bedroom home and seperate studio cottage is located on 5 acres, 15 mins walk from the village. We are in Murrumbateman NSW, 35 minutes drive from the Canberra CBD. We have 2 dogs, 2 horses, 2 alpacas, 4 sheep, 2 kittens and some fish. Everything is setup to make things as easy as possible - paddocks just need to be routinely checked for water and Pets are fed 1-2 times a day. If required, we can leave the dogs with close family to make things easier and we can bring in a petcare service for any unavailable days. All are healthy and happy, Closer to the dates will confirm whether any special management is required for shade, blanketing, grass and water levels.

Your pet is welcome but needs to be kept under control.

There is a pool, outdoor dining and BBQ area.

House Tasks

Pet care, basic maintenance and lawn mowing. Ride on and push mower is provided. We will be available (remotely) to problem solve any issues and can show you how to use any equipment before we leave. Timings are flexible ( we have seperate studio accommodation if you need to manage time on either end of the stay).
