Taking care of 3 labradors who are mainly house dogs, 2 more dogs who mainly live outside. 1 horses, to feed. Feeding 7 chickens.

We have an airbnb which may or may not be occupied at the time, Beds might have to be stripped, if anything needs to be done in the farmhouse for new guests moving in, it would be a paid job.

The house sitter would have to answer the phone, possibly take credit card payments over the phone for any camping bookings.

Watering the plants in the garden if dry.

We might have campers checking in, the housesitter would have to check them in and take them out to a site on the property. We would overlap with the housesitter to show them how everything works.

The house sitter would live in our large 4 bedroom house surrounded by a large garden with an in ground swimming pool and above ground spa, large gas BBQ, plenty of outside areas to enjoy. Bush walking across the property.
