Our home is off the grid and a work in progress... but sure is a beautiful spot! We are part way through renovations however have water, shower, basic kitchen and a good size solar power system that you will have access to if you need. Preference would be for someone who had a self contained caravan to plug into water and power next to the house. Its a beautiful, peaceful location, just 2 km from the centre of Texas; a lovely community minded town with good country town services including a pub, bowls club, supermarket, post office, cafes and much more. The river is just on the edge of town which has great fishing and a free camping spot where lots of travellers pull up to visit this popular little border town.

Grounds to maintain - mow and whippa snip, minimal requirements with the use of a zero turn lawnmower

Plants to water - indoor plants and when dry, outdoor plants, lawns

1 cat to feed daily - free range with a cat door

Horses in paddock to check for health daily, minimal requirements

Very friendly dogs at various times depending on where owners work travel requirements take them- feed, water and exercise daily
