We are looking for a responsible sitter or couple to mind our home for about three weeks, keep the plants alive and provide our 4-year-old Birman cat Jasper with the princely lifestyle to which he is accustomed. There are some goldfish in outside ponds too. A semi-automatic system handles most of the watering. The approx 2003 house is very comfortable, having 4 bedrooms, ensuite, study, two lounges, passable kitchen and large covered outdoor area. There is a double garage with internal access, half of which will be available for use by October. Cranley is a newer suburb of Toowoomba, having a good reputation and being close to shops, supermarket and medical facilities (not that anything is far away in Toowoomba). There are a number of parks within easy walking distance and any number of possible walking routes varying from flat to hilly. The house has ducted and zoned air-conditioning and enough solar panels to run it. The garage has a workbench with the usual tools. There is a battery mower, trimmer and blower, but there is minimal lawn - just a 10 minute exercise at the back and the street front. Kitchen has Nespresso machine, microwave, fridge, oven, hob and dishwasher.
