We live in a spacious home on a canal in Runaway Bay with lovely breezes and black swans as regular visitors. 



We have a pool, live on a quiet, safe street and are within walking distance of both shops and nature trails. 



During your stay, you’ll be looking after our 2 Labrador Retrievers and 5 cats, all but one of which are Ragdolls. 



The cats are indoor only, but we have an enclosed, outdoor play area, which is where their kitty litter boxes are located.
They have access to this area 24/7, so no need for an indoor kitty tray.



Other than keeping their kitty litter fresh, and topping up their dry food and water the cats are a welcome addition and no effort.

Our 2 Labradors have a play session every morning, before they eat and every arvo, before they eat. 



They don’t need a long session (20-30 minutes will do) but they will require two sessions per day. 



We have two, off-lead dog parks within 2 kilometres of our home, so you won’t need to drive far, but you will need to drive. 



We have a washer and dryer. 



We have someone who mows our lawn. 



We have flowering pot plants which may or may not require watering, depending on the weather. 



Other than that, you’ll have heaps of time to enjoy the local offerings or relax in our zen home and enjoy the views.
