House sit Ocean Grove

Life in Ocean Grove follows the pull of the tides and the steady rhythm of the Bellarine Peninsula. Mornings often begin with a walk along the Rip or through the quiet, tree-lined streets toward the main village strip. You might find yourself grabbing a coffee before heading to the local bakery or browsing the community markets. The pace is unhurried, making it easy to settle into a routine of checking the garden and ensuring the pets are settled for their midday naps. Walking trails link the residential pockets to the expansive beach dunes, offering long, salt-aired routes for morning exercise with a dog. Most daily needs are accessible on foot, though the bus links provide a way to reach nearby towns if the house feels too quiet. Between the coastal breeze and the stillness of the afternoons, the environment encourages a slower way of living. Tending to a home here means embracing this coastal stillness and syncing your schedule with the natural local flow.
