I meed my 3 dogs , 6 horses , 3sheep, 1 goat , 2 birds, looked after. Only need dogs feed and pamped, horses to be thrown hay twice daily & birds feed & watered daily gust your presence is go im half hour from Nelson bay beaches about same to Newcastle , 45mts to vineyards & 14klm from maitland 5minutes to river. Need animal lover
