3 bedroom 1 bathroom brick home, in suburb of Bunbury WA. 7 yr old friendly red heeler cross medium/large dog, who loves daily walk, and also runs with owner (optional). He stays outside in backyard and is a very good watchdog/guard dog. 16 yr old Burmese cat who is very friendly, and mainly stays in house (just let out briefly, once or twice per day). Manual retic twice weekly for front, and hand water veges and fruit trees in backyard. Owners driving to Sydney for NZ Cruise, then roadtrip back through Vic and SA. Parking for campertrailer or small caravan. Bus stop right out front. 10 mins drive to Bunbury CBD, and hospitals 5mins drive/20 mins walk. South West Sports Centre (undercover full size 50m pool) only 10 min walk, beach 22min walk (short drive).
