House sit South West Rocks

Waking in South West Rocks often means the scent of salt air drifting through. Your day with a companion dog might begin with an early wander along Horseshoe Bay. The sand here is firm for a good trot, or head towards the Trial Bay Gaol foreshore where expansive grassy areas provide space for a gentle sniff and stretch before the day warms. A quick rinse for sandy paws on return is common practice before settling into a quiet breakfast within your temporary home. The town’s rhythm encourages unhurried afternoons. After the morning excursion, the home offers a tranquil space; perhaps a sun-drenched verandah becomes the pet's chosen napping spot while you engage in some reading or quiet work. Later, a short walk to the local cafes reveals outdoor seating areas where a coffee is easily enjoyed with a leashed dog by your side. Fresh supplies from the local IGA are moments away, simplifying meal preparations back at your temporary home. As the afternoon light softens, consider a drive towards Smoky Cape Lighthouse, stopping short of the protected areas if your canine friend is with you, to enjoy the coastal views. Alternatively, the gentle waters of Back Creek offer a different, sheltered environment for a leisurely walk along its banks. The quiet evenings are best spent in the comfort of your temporary residence, perhaps a final short stroll under the stars, before everyone settles in for the night, ready for another day shaped by the gentle pace of the coast.
