Assignment Requirements

3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage on an 800m2 block in central Townsville. We have a pool which is maintained by Twin Cities Pool Supplies on a monthly basis. We have 2 Golden Retriever dogs. Goldie is a 3 year old female and Chilli is a 8 year old male. Our house and yard are currently being updated, but everything is in working order. The house is 10 minutes drive to the beach and city and a two minute drive to the supermarket and botanic gardens. Magnetic Island is a short ferry ride away and we recommend for close-up koala encounters, good food and swimming.
