One bedroom apartment attached to my three bedroom house which is let for. Airbnb.

The apartment is airy, modern, has great views a beautiful garden and is walking distance to the centre of Albany, WA's oldest town, on the south coast of WA.

I need someone to be cohost of my airbnb - that is be aware of guests coming and going (no need to meet and greet unless you want to - self check in), and be available to troubleshoot on the odd occasion where guests require assistance, tradespeople need to be called for a fault. No cleaning required ...there is a cleaner employed.

There is also a gardener who will come once a month. The housesitter would be expected to keep an eye on excessive weed growth, keep paths tidy etc but major work will be covered.

No pets, just goldfish in a pond!
