No pets to care for. Small garden, and a few house-plants to care for (watering, some weeding, bit of mowing, and house-care).

Quiet neighbourhood and delightful waterside suburb with all you need in walking distance (and bay breezes in the warmer weather). Enjoy a variety of local shops, cafes, restaurants, cinema, bars, local markets, gyms, pool, and pleasant waterside walking. 8 minutes from closest rail line with half hour service to Brisbane City.

There is no internet service to the property, so you'll need to use your own data hotspot. Parking available on the driveway - but no diesel drips please!
