Pet sitting a 2yr old Kelpie that needs a 1 hour walk a day prefered at evening. Also a mature cat that stays indoors. And depending on weather, watering. House is on a 800sqm block with resort type pool, 2 storey with main living upstairs. Fully air conditioned. Very clean and tidy house. Electric gated with 6ft fencing all around and room for caravan. Centre of Townsville close to city and stadium shopping and restaurants.
