We have a lovely 4 bedroom house with a nice outlook over our suburb. It is a quiet and leafy neighbour just 9 minutes drive from the central business district. Toohey Forest is a short walk away and provides plenty of bushwalking options. We have a few restaurants, coffee shops, delicatessen, fruit shop, medical centre and convenience shops within 5 minutes walk.

We have 2 budgerigars that will need food each day and water every few days. Mail will need to be collected from front mailbox. Garden will need to be watered every two days. Elderly neighbour needs paper collected from yard and put next to front door.
