Our little house on acreage is 15 mins out of Jindabyne (towards Cooma). It has beautiful mountain views and is quite peaceful. You will definitely need a car, and we do live down a dirt road and dirt driveway. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and one with a king single.

The main reason we need a house sitter is for our dog, Lucy. She is a 4 yo kelpie and has the run of the yard. She is never allowed to come into the house, and you need to be ok with that rule. She absolutely loves people, but does not get along with other dogs. Lucy is quite low maintenance, she just needs someone around for a few hours, morning and/or evening for a little company and some food.

The house is low maintenance, however we have limited tank water, so unfortunately no baths and no long showers.

We will be away for three weeks, and are contactable the whole time
