Fully furnished cottage contains refrigerator, microwave, induction stove top, oven, smart TV, king size bed, air conditioning/heating, internet/wifi and good telstra and optus phone coverage. Access to washing machine and dryer, BBQ and outdoor entertainment area.

Great view and big country garden to relax in.

Harden area will be beautifully yellow at this time of year with the canola flowering.

Cottage on working farm with sheep, cattle and cropping that will be managed by employee.

Sitter will be required to care for friendly maremma and 6 chooks.

15 min drive Harden; 30min Young; 2 hrs Wagga; 1 1/2hrs Canberra
