Assignment Requirements

We live on a 25 acre Rural property which is about 45 mins from Midland (towards Toodyay, which is 25 mins NE of Morangup). It is a very large comfortable home, & our Sitter/s will be set up in the Granny flat for the duration. It is 2 bedroom, King bed, 1 double & 1 single bed, with a private bathroom.

We have 2 inside dogs & unfortunately they are both very spoilt!

We are hoping to find the right people/person who can assist us by staying here while I am away working in NZ for three - Four months, & Mick is away at work, FIFO offshore. We thought it would be easier to engage a person for the whole of the period that I am away, so my Husband can come & go on his work Rosters, rather than trying to engage a person for each swing.

Dates:

* From Mon 5th Oct through to Sun 17th January

Dog 1 Details:

"Yolandi", 9yr old Hermaphrodite French Bulldog. She identifies as female. She is in good health, well & active. She is extremely friendly & accepting of all humans, is a total lapdog who loves to be constantly snuggled.

(**Special needs - She needs to have her bottom wiped with baby wipes after she poops)

Dog 2 Details:Dog 2 Details:

"Joiker" (pronounced Yoiker), 3yr old Chion (Chihuahua X Papillon). Very active, healthy & sweet, however it does take him some time to accept new people.

Until he has had time to get to know you, he will bark, & possibly growl, if rushed or approached without warning. If he is given time to get to know you & allowed to make the first approach, he settles well & usually becomes quite accepting & friendly, it just needs to be on his terms.

(**Special needs - If he is suddenly grabbed, picked up, or snuck up on, he could get frightened & growl. Sometimes he does poop in the house, near the main toilet)

Habits:

They are both fed once per day in the afternoon between (3:30 - 4:00).

Morning walk about 8:00, &

Afternoon walk about 5:00

The house has a lockable doggy door, so they come in & out at their leisure.

However, we lock the doggy door closed whenever we move the car in or out of the driveway/yard, AS NEITHER OF THEM HAVE ANY CAR SENSE OR RESPECT FOR VEHICLES.

They WILL run in front of the car & expect you to stop for them & put them in with you.....they WILL NOT get out of the way!! This is always an issue with visitors or people coming/going, so we lock them in house any time vehicles are moving in or out of the yard!!!
