Our beautiful home is on a canal and close to the beach with a pool, air conditioning and Netflix, Prime, Binge, and Disney channels.

I have a senior desexed male Staffy called Yoshi. He requires feeding twice a day. A relaxed 30-minute walk where he's allowed to take his time and sniff is sufficient exercise for him. He is dog-reactive and must be kept on a lead and away from other dogs. He's very friendly with people and is a chilled couch potato at home!

The pool may need a top-up with the hose if the level drops towards the bottom of the skimmer box. Otherwise, it's rather automated.

The backyard lawn may need the sprinkler if it doesn't rain. Indoor potted plants require a light watering once a week.
