Assignment Requirements

Small double story pretty house close to UNESCO wetlands and beautiful beach, great walking and riding trails. Low maintenance home. Two chooks to look after, 5 minutes work per week, meanwhile eat fresh eggs every day.

I also have a lifestyle crisis crisis car in the driveway which needs starting and idling for 15 minutes per week.

Big W, Coles, Aldi in easy walking distance. Bottleshop. Good cafes and take away.

Quiet, pretty neighbourhood with brilliant neighbours. Good food.

No off street parking.

Train station maybe 1.5 km away. Will get you to city in 20 minutes. I can leave two bikes and helmets.

I would like you to pick up the bills for gas and electricity for your stay. Melbourne can be cold. My bills, and I live alone, are about $80 per month.
