Reliable, sensible, clean, tidy and quiet. No need to look after a pet (this year). It’s a nice, inner city three bed, cottage close to shops, busses and rail. I just need someone who is reliable while I am away. Apologies but no pet to look after ( this year). There are coffee shops, a chemist, restaurants, an Aldi and an IGA within walking distance plus a farmers market not to far. There is off street parking and it is less than ten minutes drive to the centre of Newcastle. It will only be basically furnished and I think would suit single people.
