Our housesitter will need to look after Bella our Xcattledog/border collie who is 10 years old and very active. We would like you to water the pot plants as well other plants in the garden. Binning dropped palm branches would also be helpful.

Other normal housesitting stuff like the house being clean when we return.

We have an Air BnB guest arriving for one night the day we leave and he will return on the 8th. You will have no responsibilities where he is concerned except to ensure that the room is locked when he ieaves. There will be no other guests during your house sit.

We have other boarders who are completely self-sufficient and who come and go independently except that they occasionally use the washing machine. They will be away for most of the time you are in the house. More detailed security arrangements can be discussed later.
