House is a 3 bedroom Beach Bungalow - 50m from beautiful Holloways Beach and 1 street from Holloway’s main beach Esplanade where there are Beach cafes and restaurants. House is well appointed, clean, tidy, with all amenities. Easy to maintain. Wifi and aircons.

Lawnmower service included

Owner has 2 x medium sized dogs (1 x 15 yr old Ridgeback Great Dane cross called Betty. The other dog is a 2.5 yr old Cataula called Blue.

Both dogs respond to commands, younger dog is hyper active and needs good leadership but a gentle and playful sole. Dogs r good with kids and other dogs.

Both dogs need to be fed and walked daily on the lead.

Ex husband available for emergency contact for dogs or house items.

Granny flat in large back yard is sublet to young single male 'Nathan' sea person who is at sea 70%. Quiet and keeps to himself. Access the property via side gate.
