We have a lovely, comfortable house in Tempe. Parking is good and close to lots of public transport. It has airco, NBN wifi, a modern cook's kitchen, Foxtel platinum, and all the mod cons. Walking distance to Marrickville and the bottom of Newtown.

We have an almost two-year old, boisterous yellow labrador, Kevin. He's very well-behaved, but needs a lot of exercise - a big hoon around one of our local parks, chasing a tennis ball, or (his favourite) doing the same thing walking around Sydney Park. Our draft plan is to book him in with his occasional dog-walkers for a good hoon every weekday we're gone, so you'd only really need to do weekends. (Unless you love walking dogs and throwing a tennis ball until he's pooped.)

We also have an almost three-year old tortie-tabby cat named Zelda. She's an inside cat and shy at first, but will warm up to you. They both get fed twice a day.

We'd want you to water our outside pot plants every three-ish days. We have big tanks, which are a lot fuller, thanks to the recent rains. This process takes maybe 30 minutes.
