We have a contemporary 4 bedroom multi level (3 sets of stairs) beach-side home with views. Primary need is care of our 4 year old Golden Retriever and 2 friendly cats who like a cuddle. Our dog needs daily exercise which can be on leash once in a while, but would prefer beach walks (early mornings or after 5pm) or the local off leash dog parks in Bayview or Mona Vale (car required).

We will be contactable. Mail and garbage are up fairly steep hill on common drive, but not too hard to do.

We would prefer a fit younger or older single or couple without young relatives nearby as our yard is not safe for children due to a steep drop off. Requires a car.

Someone home during the day (off and on is fine) is highly desirable as our dog gets quite lonely.

Sitter(s) has large bedroom with ensuite with queen bed.
