Townsville in Tropical Nth Qld is where our Large 4 bedroom fully air conditioned home with pool is located. We are going overseas and require either a couple or a family wishing to holiday in Nth Qld for the New year and are happy to add our baby boy Tom to their family for 2 weeks. Tom is a lovable friendly Great Dane X puppy who loves human attention and will be 14 mths old whilst we are away. He requires daily walks of only half an hour. We live 1 block away from the Ross River which has a lovely walking track along the river away from the traffic and with tranquil views. The house contains 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, large office, remote double lock up garage (only one car space will be available), open plan kitchen overlooking both living areas, office and dining room. There is an outdoor entertaining area with a BBQ and salt water pool to cool off in or stay inside which has split system temperature controlled airconditioning through out. Low maintenance yard, only mowing (probably once) and watering required, pool is also low maintenance and will most likely only need the leaves scooped out whilst we are away. If you are unable to mow we may be able to organise a contractor. Unlimited wifi NBN, netflix and alot of other home comforts included. Close to river, parks, Coles supermarket, hospital, Stockland shopping centre and 10 minutes from City centre and strand/beach.
