We have have 2 dogs, a 3 year old border collie and a 12 year old chihuahua x foxy. Both well behaved, spend the day in tbe backyard and sleep inside, occasional walk is fine, most of the time they are happy to chill out inside when we are home. House is 3 bedroom brick veneer, nothing special, about 20 mins to Penrith or Parramatta and 45 mins to the city without traffic. Bus stop a few mins walk
