Looking for a reliable and responsible sitter for our house and our little dog, Roy.

The house is a town house in a great neighborhood (Moonee Ponds) near a tram and train stop. It's only a few years old so it has very little maintenance. We keep it very tidy and clean. It is 2 stories and has 2 bed/2baths.

Our dog is a chihuahua and is 14 years old. He is thankfully in great health and takes no medication. We rescued him from the RSPCA, and he doesn't get along well other dogs, children, and can be wary around men (so prefer female sitters if possible).

We take him on 2 short walks a day and just once at night before bed in the front garden area. He can't walk too far due to his age so never more than 20 mins or so. He mainly sleeps all day and prefers to be left alone! He will lounge on the couch with you and occasionally sleeps at the end of the bed. He can be left home alone for about 8 hours if you want to go out.
