Requirements

This house-sit will start around 10.45am on Sunday 27th December 2020 and end around 1pm on Sunday 3rd January 2021. It involves caring for my little furbaby Sammy Stardust and watering my pot plants.

I live in a one-bedroomed flat in Toorak/aka Hawksburn in a leafy-green area of Melbourne. The flat is situated on Malvern Road and facing away from the street. There are lots of lovely cafes nearby and the famous Chapel Street is walking distance or 10mins by tram.

To get here, take tram No. 72 from the city and get off at stop 39 (corner Irving & Malvern Rd). The tram stop is virtually right outside my block of flats and goes past Chapel St. Or take the train to Frankston from the city and get off at Toorak Station. Toorak Station is a 7-minute walk from my place, which is also nice to do because there are lovely cafes outside the station in Rose Street and Beatty Avenue. Mammoth cafe is nice and Toorak Cellars is a nice wine bar.

The supermarket is nearby (Hawksburn village) and there is your own carpark space. I have also had air-conditioning recently installed so you will be nice and cool. I have a small balcony with pot plants needing watering - that is the extent of the gardening required. The flat block is quiet and surrounded by lots of trees. The walks around the area are really nice because there are lots of beautiful mansions and still more trees - it is very green.

I have one cat called Sammy Stardust who is a red Burmese. He is very shy at first but you will win him over by picking him up and cuddling him. He just loves cuddles.

Looking after Sammy is really easy as he has no health or medical conditions.

Sammy gets dry dental bits to eat. He also has one chicken neck every night that you will need to defrost.

Sammy has a kitty litter tray with clumping cat-litter - so everyday you need to take the soiled clumps out of the litter tray and place in a plastic bag provided and secure with a knot. Then put in bin.

Sammy is an indoor-only cat. He may try to run out the door so please make sure you keep him inside. Burmese cats have no road sense and will run onto the road without realising they are in danger.

Finally, please only apply to my ad if you are a cat lover. Thank you so much for viewing my ad - wishing you a lovely day.
