House sit JAN JUC

Life in Jan Juc follows the steady pull of the tides and the movement of the sun across the coast. Morning routines usually begin with a walk toward the surf breaks, where the salt air makes the early hours feel crisp and quiet. For those looking after dogs, the local coastal tracks offer plenty of space for long, winding strolls through the scrub and along the dunes. Most daily errands are easily managed on foot or via a short drive to the nearby cafe strips for a coffee before the midday heat sets in. The pace here slows down significantly once the afternoon shadows stretch over the hills. You might find yourself settling into the house with a book while the pets nap in the sunbeams, or heading out to explore the winding trails that weave between the coastal heathland. While the town feels tucked away, the essential links to Torquay remain close by for any sudden needs. It is a rhythm defined by outdoor movement and the quiet comfort of a coastal home.
