Assignment Requirements

Hi guys,

So we own and run a cut flower farm on 13 acres in North Boambee Valley, Coffs Harbour.

Our family of 5 are heading up to Surfers and Sunshine Coast for 10 days during school holidays.

You'll have your own ensuited bedroom and a beautiful outlook.

Our home is just gorgeous, pool, lush gardens inspired by Bali and lots of outdoor living.

Sawtell Beach is just 7 mins drive, Coffs Harbour shopping about the same.

The catch is, we have 3 dogs (all gorgeous, and very well trained), 2 cats, and fish to feed.

Thanks, and hope to see you!!

Suburb Insights
Life in North Boambee Valley follows the gentle rhythm of the bush and the slow movement of the tides. Mornings usually begin with quiet coffee on the veranda, watching the light filter through the gums while your resident dogs stretch out in the sun. The pace here allows for long, unhurried walks along the nearby creek tracks or through the shaded forest edges, providing plenty of sensory stimulation for pets accustomed to the sounds of local birdlife. A short drive connects you to the relaxed coastal strip of Copacabana or the laid-back atmosphere of Terrigal for a change of scenery. You might find yourself heading toward the local markets on weekends or grabbing a quick brunch in a nearby village before returning to the stillness of the valley. This home serves as a peaceful sanctuary where the primary responsibility is maintaining the steady, predictable routine that keeps the animals settled. Evenings settle quickly into a deep quiet, making it an ideal base for those who value solitude and natural surroundings.
