Our home is on one level with 3 bedrooms, office/study, pool, garden and off-road parking for vehicle/s.

We are looking for a couple to care for the house and garden including: keeping the house clean and maintained, watering garden as necessary, lawn mowing (4 small/medium size areas), general weeding and tidying. Keeping the pool scooped and the water at the right level.

A gardener comes each month for heavy tasks such as hedge trimming. Pool company visit monthly for maintenance.

The suburb is quiet and offers good walking opportunities in green spaces, walk to a variety of restaurants, supermarket, chemist, hairdressers and public transport nearby. We have friendly neighbours.

We are planning on travelling abroad so this opportunity is based on our ability to follow though with our bookings, though as more countries appear to be opening up we are encouraged and optimistic.
