Requirements

I am seeking an (almost) homebody to come and stay at my place while I am overseas. Preferably a a retiree. Reason being, I have an extremely cute, 2 year old poodle who loves company and will not cope with being home for long periods of time.

The house is a brand new house, with a gallery kitchen. The house is fully furnished in a coastal/minimalist style. The suburb is situated in Camden, a semi-rual lifestyle.
