We require a house sitter to look after our lovely 14 year old Labrador and 4 year old cat.

Our Labrador needs prompting to go outside to use the toilet and should not be left alone for more than 6 hours during the day. He is not left outside as he will bark and disturb the neighbours.

He needs a short walk around the street per day, i stress a very short walk. He cannot manage stairs so he needs to go out through the garage.

We are going to Europe for the 4 weeks indicated but will leave emergency contact names and vet details.

We will leave all their food required for the period.

We have a pool service once a month so it would be good if whoever sits could coordinate the service so that the pool technician can gain access.

We are a 15 minute walk to Manly so a very desirable location.

I have a cleaner who come every two weeks but I would expect that between her visits the house be kept clean.
