The property is very close to a large park public transport and the area is quite.

Bill/Billy is a large mature chilled cat. He requires feeding some pats and a little company.

My home is small, suitable for a single a couple and perhaps 1 child depending on the age. There is a small garden that requires water every couple of days 10/15min. And checking of the mail box a few times would be appreciated.
