House sit Pacific Pines

I have a beautiful 3-year-old female cat, Luna, who is happiest staying at home while we're away. She doesn't enjoy travelling, so we're looking for a caring cat lover to keep her company.

We live in a quiet, leafy part of Pacific Pines, a semi-rural suburb on the Gold Coast, just a 30-minute drive from the beautiful beaches.

You'll have your own private area of the house, including:

A bedroom with a queen-size bed

A lounge area with a small sofa, a single bed and a TV

Your own bathroom

A washing machine

A microwave

A small kitchenette with a single electric cooktop

Please note:

Wi-Fi is available, but the signal isn't always strong in this part of the house.

The TV isn't connected to an antenna, so you're welcome to bring a laptop and an HDMI cable if you'd like to stream movies or shows.

The kitchenette is suitable for preparing simple meals, but not for extensive cooking.

Our home is clean, bright and well cared for, so we're looking for someone who is tidy, respectful and, most importantly, loves cats.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Feeding Luna twice a day

Refreshing her water

Cleaning her litter tray daily

Spending a little time playing with her if she's in the mood

Luna is a gentle, indoor cat. She can be a little shy around new people at first, so she may keep her distance initially, but she warms up once she feels comfortable. She isn't demanding and is very easy to look after.
