We have a gorgeous female black lab cross named Rosie who loves people, dogs and getting to the beach for a run and dip. She is 11 years old and loves attention. Barking can be an issue if she is left on her own for long periods.

A few house and outdoor plants to be watered. Main garden is well established with natives and won't need attention. The back lawn may need mowing as the weather currently is ideal and the lawn is growing vigorously.

The house is 4 bed and general housekeeping will be required. Rosie has a bed inside and we have white tiles so vacuuming is required regularly in the living room.

My daughter will be home on the 31st Dec but will be out most of the time.
