This housesit provides a very enjoyable experience during both seasons - Dry and Wet.

It provides a real experience in NT living with seasonal weather changes, animal life and proximity to many attractions in and around Darwin. (10 mins to Palmerston, 20 mins to City and Airport). There are many attractions in Darwin during the Dry season to see and visit and the Wet Season provides all weather entertainment.

Look after 2 x 9 year old little shitzu cross jack russells, 1 x 3 year old Staffy with gorgeous personalities.

(can negotiate with family to look out for them periodically, to allow for travel over night/s.) e.g. visit Kakadu

Watering around the house would only be for months June to Sept/ Mid October by turning on a bore (easy to pick up) and use of town water with sprinklers combination.

Storms and rains set in mid October for remainder of time.

Mow periodically using ride-on.

Ensure pool keeps topped up and running - automatic.

Walking distance to shops, pubs, doctors, amenities and bus depot, (local hospital at Palmerston 5 mins)

Would also be ideal/attractive for caravan owners.
