House sit MOSMAN

We’re looking for a caring and reliable pet sitter to look after our beloved dog, Doug, and house-sit our home while we’re away from late February to the end of March 2025.

About Us:

We live in a spacious, clean 4-bedroom semi-detached home in the heart of Mosman, Sydney. Our house features a balcony with stunning city views, a small back garden, and is within walking distance of Mosman High Street, the ferry wharf, and beautiful Balmoral Beach.

About Doug:

Doug is our medium-sized chocolate Labradoodle with a gorgeous temperament and a big heart. He’s well-trained, chilled, and loves company. Doug sleeps in the kitchen and enjoys two walks per day – though three days a week, he has a professional dog walker for his second walk. Doug’s favorite activities include swimming, chasing balls, and just spending time with his human companions.

Doug can be a little reactive with some dogs when on a lead, especially if he feels scared, but he’s made great progress. We’d love someone who understands this and can use techniques like crossing the road, reassuring him, and rewarding positive interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

A dog lover with experience handling medium to large dogs.

Someone who can feed, walk, and keep Doug company.

An understanding and patient approach to managing on-lead reactivity during walks.

A non-smoker who will respect and care for our home as their own.

Additional Information:

Doug sleeps in the kitchen and is happy to be left alone for a few hours during the day if needed.

All instructions for his feeding and care will be provided, along with any helpful training tips.
