We require a live in house and pet-sitter for our 2 Burmese.

Would suit retiree or someone with a part time job as our cats are used to human company being around them almost all day, everyday.

Preferably a single person or a couple - no children or other pets allowed as our cats don't take too kindly to other animals.

Our cats use a litter box, have the run of the house and garden during the day (2 cat doors) but are locked in at night. They are very friendly cats. Like plenty of cuddles and love sleeping with you - if given half the chance.

The house and garden are set up so our cats do not wander into our neighbours yards. or into certain rooms in the house.

Cats are fully vaccinated and have no current health issues.

Their Vet is close by.

We live in a fully renovated 2 story house with ample rooms including 2 bathrooms and a powder room. With all the mod-cons including air con, heating, security, integrated features. with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge rooms. Reliable Wifi and access to Foxtel, Netflix, Britbox, Apple TV etc

The upstairs, front bedrooms downstairs, garage will be off limits.

Use of BBQ and study negotiable.

Home is situated in a wide, quiet street near Victoria Park.

- 350 metres from Yarra River.

- Close to Yarra Bend Park, shops and many other amenities.

- 2 minute walk to Victoria Park train station - 10 minutes train ride to Flinders street station.

- Walking distance to Restaurants, supermarket, train station and public transport.

- 7 minute drive to Smith street Collingwood and Victoria gardens shopping Centre which has a cinema.

- 3 1/2 kilometres from City Centre

- 28 minutes drive to St Kilda Beach

- Close to Carlton.

- Easy walking distance to all essential amenities.

Parking outside - permit supplied.

Access to own bedroom with double bed, air.con, heating, TV and bathroom downstairs with spa.

Linen supplied but successful applicant MUST supply own Doona and pillow(s).

Laundry with front load washer and dryer plus access to outdoors clothes line.

Minimal garden care - irrigation system in place.

Possible pulling out a weed of 2 from our small front and back garden.

Watering some indoor and outdoor pot plants, including plant Terrariums (husband's hobby)

No maintenance other than specified above and General housekeeping and cleaning.
