Assignment Requirements

We have a large property set on a landscaped 4032m2 allotment (1 acre) just 10 minutes from the centre of Yeppoon. We are looking for a keen gardener who will maintain the garden by watering, weeding etc, along with mowing the property using our ride on John Deer Mower and whipper snipping where required. There is also a pool on the property which will need weekly maintaining by adding water, one chemical and emptying and cleaning the skimmer box. (Note: the pool is professionally maintained once a month.) General cleaning of the house will also be required.

We have prepared detailed instructions on how to use the mower, whipper snipper, pool maintenance etc.

The successful house sitter will require their own car as we are approx. five minutes from center of Yeppoon and the shopping center's and approx. ten minutes to the Yeppoon's main beach. There is an undercover secure garage attached to house for your vehicle during your house sit.

Although we are in a very secure area we have eight security cameras on the outside of the premises, with one of these in the attached garage. There are NO cameras inside the living area of the house and there are also flood lights on each corner of the house to light up the yard to see at night.

We currently do not have any pets.
