The house is a two story house on the beach at Two Rocks, Western Australia. The house sitter has access to the upper floor and balcony, but will mainly live downstairs. The house sitter would look after two cats that are indoor only, thus there would be sand trays to be emptied. The cats are very shy and will take a while to get used to a new house sitter. The cats need to eat Advance sensitive cat biscuits and Fancy Feast which will be provided. The garden is low maintenance. The house is approximately 10 years old. Internet access can be provided. The neighbours are very nice and there is public transport and shops within walking distance. The suburb is approximately 60 km from the Perth CBD.
