We need a sitter to mind our house and our 4-year cat, Tilly. She is easy-care and loves cuddles. She must be confined at night but loves to be inside most of the day anyway. Our house is small but relatively modern in a very quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen has all required facilities: gas cooking, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and coffee machine. We have a washing machine and dryer. Each room has ceiling fans and there is central heating. Outside there is a large deck, small garden beds and several potplants that will need watering. There is no lawn to mow. We are close to beautiful Lake Wendouree and the Ballarat Botanic Gardens and only 15 minutes from the amazing historic buildings of Ballarat. A shopping centre is close by as are bus and train facilities. A comfortable 1.5 hour ride on the train will take you to the centre of Melbourne. Ballarat is a great central location for visiting wineries, Daylesford, Geelong, Bendigo and the Grampians. There is room in the lock-up garage for a small car and a caravan could be off-road in the wide driveway.
