Magnificent house on 25 acres, easy living, 10 mins out of Tamworth.2 dogs, 4 horses.( paddock). Pool, horse facilities, Great base to explore a diverse and beautiful part of Australia. An uplifting place. Feed horses, water garden, feed pets, general house and yard care.

5mins by car to Restaurants, entertainment and sporting complexes, 10 mins by car to Tamworth CBD. An amazing house, very comfortable and the pool is a must in summer.

Horses are in paddocks and just need feeding and water checked. Chooks need feeding scraps. checking water and letting out in the afternoon and locking up at night

Dogs need feeding and loving

Top up birdbaths and feeders for wild birds.

Pool is really easy maintenance

This is a fun house.You will really enjoy staying here.

*** Families are welcome as it is a big house, BUT it is not suitable for younger children and toddlers as we have a pool and a dam. Everyone MUST be able to swim.***
