We live on 125 acres of native bush land in western Victoria in a beautiful house with 360 views from the upstairs study area. We have 4 cats all inside only they require feeding twice a day and litter needs to be scooped. We also have 3 rescue horses that need to be fed once a day and you just need to check them but really they are self sufficient, all rescue so cant be ridden. We are on 125 acres of beautiful bush land but 20 mins from nearest town

The house has everything including 3 beds 2 bath laundry, open fire and reverse cycle heating/cooling. It is on 125 acres in between Colac and Camperdown. We also have it on airbnb for $300 per night.
