We have one very spoilt 13 year old male Burmese Cat called Bali. Apart from access to our very large terrace, he is an indoor cat. Bali needs regular grooming as he is a shredder. Bali can get very fussy about his food and likes to eat small regular meals rather than large, also requires variety. Bali is a very affectionate cat, and needs lots of company and is very clingy, he will want to sit on you constantly, if you are not comfortable with that please do not apply. As mentioned before we have a large terrace with many succelents, which will need attention, also indoor plants that will need to be watered. Care of Bali is our main number one concern. Other than that checking mail box etc. is all we require. We have a 3 bedroomed 2 bathroom apartment. You will have access to one bedroom with queen bed and the main bathroom. The complex has 10 apartments, we are on the top floor. There is no lift access, so three flights of stairs (16 steps per flight) to access our apartment, so have to be reasonably fit. There is also access from the side of building where it is only 2 flights of stairs. The complex also has a swimming pool.
